How much does a fundraising project cost?

We want to be as transparent as possible with costs, as we know that that is an important consideration when deciding to work with external fundraisers.
We’re aware that very small charities may not have the budget to work with us; even if that is the case, we’re always happy to jump on a call to signpost you to some fantastic free resources.
We work on a sliding scale of day rate ranges based on your organisation’s income:
Under £150,000
£250 - £300 per day
Between £150,000 - £350,000
£350 - £400 per day
Between £350,000 - £500,000
£400 - £450 per day
Over £500,000
£500 per day

We also know that a ‘day rate’ can be a little confusing, so here are some examples of how long certain pieces of work are likely to take:
